If you wish to call and leave a compliment or have a complaint about our services or a driver, please call our office at 765-647-3509 and ask to speak with the Director or Dispatcher on duty. If you would like to send something in writing, please remit to: Franklin County Public Transportation, Attn: Executive Director, 11146 County Park Road, Brookville, IN 47012. All issues or concerns will be addressed immediately so that we may provide the best service possible for our community.
Emergency Closings: Franklin County Public Transportation will be closed when weather conditions are not conducive to safe travel. When schools are closed or road conditions are determined to be unsafe by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, FCPT will be closed. Closings will be announced on local radio stations WRBI Batesville & WIFE Connersville and on local channels WKRC 12 and WCPO 9.
